Join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and community in a welcoming and inclusive space. Through guided meditation, journaling, and heartfelt conversation, we will explore July’s theme of “Caring for the Inner Child.” Led by skilled facilitators, Christina Rodriguez, 500RYT, 200ERYT, YACEP and Reanna Livingston, 500ERYT, RPTY, YACEP, this gathering offers a supportive environment to slow down, share, and be in kinship with one another. Light refreshments will be provided.
