Private sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. Together, we’ll create a practice that feels supportive, accessible, and aligned with where you are right now, whether we meet in person or virtually.
One-on-one sessions can be especially beneficial if you’re looking for more personalized guidance, have questions that don’t always fit into a group setting, find it challenging to attend regular classes, or simply want dedicated time and space to deepen your practice at your own pace.
What to Expect
Getting Started
We begin our work together with a conversation and a brief intake form to understand what support would feel most meaningful for you. This might include building confidence as a beginner, working with injury or physical limitations, healing from trauma, navigating a stressful season or life transition, creating a sustainable home practice, refining alignment in specific postures, or simply finding more consistency and ease in your relationship with yoga.
Exploring Yoga Beyond the Physical Practice
You ultimately decide how sessions are structured, and I’ll gently guide you into the broader landscape of yoga. This may include practices beyond movement such as meditation, pranayama (breathwork), mantra, and guided self-inquiry. Sessions can be tailored to include a blend of approaches based on your interests and intentions.
Physical practice may include vinyasa flow (vigorous, gentle, or somewhere in between), restorative yoga, and yin yoga. All sessions are offered in a trauma-informed, invitational way, with your autonomy and choice at the center.
An Evolving Practice
Individualized practice is just that—an unfolding process. While meaningful shifts can happen in a single session, deeper integration tends to develop over time. Some clients work with me for a few months, while others continue for a year or more. A few have even gone on to become yoga teachers themselves.
Private sessions offer dedicated space to support your well-being, growth, and transformation, allowing you to explore what serves you most both on and off the mat.

Single 60-minute private sessions are available for those seeking introductory or occasional support. Most clients choose a multi-session package to allow for a more consistent and meaningful experience, as the benefits of private practice often deepen over time. Sessions are available in person in the Marietta and Kennesaw area or virtually via Zoom, offering flexibility to meet your needs and schedule. Travel beyond a 5-mile radius from the Marietta Square may incur an additional fee. Additional package options and customized pricing are available upon request.
