Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga for Organizations

Today's workplaces ask a lot of people.

Tight deadlines, competing priorities, constant change, and increasing demands can leave employees feeling depleted, distracted, and disconnected from themselves and one another.

Mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and yoga offer practical tools that help people pause, regulate stress, improve focus, and reconnect with what matters most.

Whether you're planning a conference, supporting employee wellness, or creating opportunities for your team to recharge, these practices can be adapted to meet the needs of your organization.

What Makes Me Different

Before becoming a full-time yoga and meditation teacher, I spent nearly 20 years in research administration and organizational leadership within an academic setting. I worked closely with faculty, administrators, staff, and leadership teams to support strategic planning, operations, budgets, and complex projects. I received continuing training in facilitation and led wellness initiatives that directly impacted workplace culture and employee retention.

When I facilitate mindfulness and wellness programs, I bring both professional credibility and practical experience to the room.
