As we move toward a season of gathering, many of us will be traveling, hosting, reconnecting with family and friends, or returning to places filled with memory and nostalgia. Before turning our attention outward, this practice offers an opportunity to turn gently inward.
During this 90-minute restorative yoga and immersive sound experience, we'll slow down, settle, and create space to simply receive. This practice is an opportunity to gather your attention and energy inward before stepping into the fullness of the holiday season.
Before the holidays ask you to extend yourself outward, take some time to come home. Care for yourself before the season of giving begins.
